Sorbetto with black cherries and strawberries

You will need an ice cream machine for this recipe.

black cherries and strawberries (500 gr)
sugar (300 gr)
water (250 ml)
oranges (2)
lemon (1)
black cherry syrup (half cup)

Melt the sugar in the water on high heat. Wait until it boils and mix for a few minutes, then put it away from heat and cool it. Blend the fruits, add the sugar syrup, the juice from oranges and lemon and the black cherry syrup. Mix everything and then put the mixture in the ice cream machine. Leave it in the ice cream machine for 10 or 15 minutes, then put everything in the freezer for 10 minutes. Mix again and serve.
